| Explanation of confidence level | My confidence level would be a good medium. One of our controls did work and that was the (+) Arthropod, but the rest were inconclusive after a mishap in the DNA extraction. With that if I had known more about what went wrong during the DNA extraction I could trust the results better than do now. |
