Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Low
Explanation of confidence level

There were no bands shown in lane 6 and the DNA controls had bands confirming that there was no wolbachia in the roly poly sample however because our other wolbachia positive samples had a low CRL, we cannot be completely confident in the data results

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Arthropoda was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
