Explanation of confidence level

My gel results were inaccurate. We also had a mix-up mid-way through the entire project, where our instructor threw us off, and we had to start a whole new sample mid-way. This event kind of threw me off and lowered my confidence in my sample. Besides that Id say everything else was pretty good, and the other labs all went smoothly, and I believe I was very accurate with my work.
