Observations | This Splendid Earth Boring Beetle was caught in the woods near our school. The cup used to catch the beetle was embedded in the ground and surrounded by lots of leaves which fell from the trees. It’s unclear exactly when the beetle was caught, but the week or so the trap was set out was during autumn. |
