| Protocol notes | This sample showed the DNA in the final PCR. However, in our fist PCR no results showed. The DNA was still on top and didn‘t come down, the marker worked though. This might be due to an error in the process. Since it worked the second time, there has to be an error in the PCR process and not in the DNA extraction. That might be a wrong amount of a solution or the wrong order of steps. |
