Results

Wolbachia presence Unknown
Confidence level Low
Explanation of confidence level

We are not confident with this result because the gel yielded no arthropod DNA but a “yes” for Wolbachia DNA. We reran and didn’t find any arthropod DNA but still were receiving a false positive for Wolbachia.
