| Protocol notes | Taq polymerase = GO Taq MM 55 degrees Celsius for both PCR reactions. (Annealing temperature) The gel electrophoresis did not show a band for either the Arthropod or Wolbachia. It could be because I put too much of the sample in the tube, or other errors. |
