Protocol notes

We followed all protocol correctly and although most of my group got DNA and Wolbachia, I did have some of each by my bands were very faint and not enough to go into testing.

Results

Wolbachia presence Yes
Confidence level Low
Explanation of confidence level

My confidence level is low because I was able to get bands to show up for my trial but it was not enough to get tested.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Ormenoides venusta was found to be postive for Wolbachia.
