Explanation of confidence level

The results of my gel electrophoresis shows there was no DNA that was a match for Wolbachia found in my sect from the the Orthoptera order. I feel confident that my results are accurate, previous results of Orthopteras being infected with Wolbachia in the area I found mine was ~25% in a study sample from 2013-2015.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Orthoptera was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
