Results |
|
| Wolbachia presence | Yes |
| Confidence level | Medium |
| Explanation of confidence level | I felt semi-confident with my results of positive Wolbachia because the gel electrophoresis had positive, negative, and NTC groups that turned out correctly and my sample had a clear line where the Wolbachia infected control group also had that line (where Wolbachia was located). |
| Wolbachia 16S sequence | |
| Arthropod COI sequence |
|
| Summary | The Diptera was found to be postive for Wolbachia. |
