Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level High
Explanation of confidence level

I am confident that my insect is of the order Hemiptera based off of the insect CO1 gene and my research done on it. I am also confident that my insect is not infected with Wolbachia since my positive and negative controls results were as expected, which ensures my trust in my results.
