Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Low
Explanation of confidence level

I am not as confident because I properly followed the Wolbachia project lab protocols and completed the instructions but there was error finding wolbachia which could be due to salt contamination or the PCR conditions failed to find Wolbachia DNA.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Arthropoda was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
