I found this leaf bug in my yard. It landed on my sister’s backpack, and I collected it there. It was around noon that I collected it. It was sunny outside.

Explanation of confidence level

All of the controls worked as expected, and although we did not run a ladder in this specific gel, our class’ data was split into two gels, and the other group ran a ladder, and it worked as expected. All of our arthropod DNA bands in the gel were exactly at the same length. Also, my arthropod DNA was in lane 2 (7A).
