Observations

Cloudy, 62 degrees F, 1:16 pm, slight wind. Found on the ground by gazebo. Caught on dirt and grass.

We successfully got arthropod DNA but the gel clearly showed no Wolbachia either time that we ran it. This brought us to a clear conclusion the arthropod didn’t have a Wolbachia infection.
