Results

Wolbachia presence Yes
Confidence level Medium
Explanation of confidence level

I felt semi-confident with my results of positive Wolbachia because the gel electrophoresis had positive, negative, and NTC groups that turned out correctly and my sample had a clear line where the Wolbachia infected control group also had that line (where Wolbachia was located).

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Diptera was found to be postive for Wolbachia.
