Wolbachia presence | No |
Confidence level | Medium |
Explanation of confidence level | I am half confident because our lady bug did not show a band for our Wolbachia gel; however, our + Wolbachia control did not have a band while our – Wolbachia control did. This leads me to believe there is a source of error in either our DNA extraction or PCR protocol. |
