Observations

Spider is small and reddish brown. Legs are a light brown, almost yellow, color. The abdomen has white dots along the sides and is covered in short, fine hairs.

The reproductive organs were undoubtedly captured in the extraction process because the entire organism was used. Because the positive and negative controls all worked, it is likely that there were no errors, and the negative result on the gel is correct.
