Results |
|
| Wolbachia presence | No |
| Confidence level | High |
| Explanation of confidence level | Based on the research of insects in the order Hymenoptera, I did not predict the insect to contain Wolbachia DNA, however, the quality of the DNA was not great as the A260/A280 value was below 1.7 and this could have affected the results. Overall results of the controls were as expected so I am highly confident that these results can be trusted. |
| Wolbachia 16S sequence | |
| Arthropod COI sequence |
|
| Summary | The Hymenoptera was found to be negative for Wolbachia. |
