Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Low
Explanation of confidence level

My confidence level was low because the DNA concentration quality values were all below 40, indicating poor quality. The sequencing results were messy, as reflected in the chromatogram, which showed low peaks and bad concentration values. Additionally, when I uploaded the sequence into BLAST, there were no matches found for the DNA sequence in the FASTA format, further reducing my confidence in the data.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Dioxyna picciola was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
