Wolbachia presence | No |
Confidence level | Low |
Explanation of confidence level | My confidence level was low because the DNA concentration quality values were all below 40, indicating poor quality. The sequencing results were messy, as reflected in the chromatogram, which showed low peaks and bad concentration values. Additionally, when I uploaded the sequence into BLAST, there were no matches found for the DNA sequence in the FASTA format, further reducing my confidence in the data. |

Arthropod COI sequence |
|
Summary | The Dioxyna picciola was found to be negative for Wolbachia. |
