Explanation of confidence level | My controls worked as expected. The positive control showed clear bands on the gel, indicating that the PCR amplification for Wolbachia was successful and the reagents were functioning properly. The negative control did not produce any bands. Both controls worked correctly, I can trust that my sample’s negative result for Wolbachia was accurate without any contamination. |
