Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Medium
Explanation of confidence level

My confidence level was medium due to the chart results showing that Order Dermaptera had at least a 15% chance it would have Wolbachia present which i believed was too low compared to other Order species. This is why I concluded that my insect would not have Wolbachia present

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Dermaptera was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
