| Observations | It is small and it has a color like light green to white. It has a big wings for its body. It looks like a type of butterfly. The size of the fragment was approximately a few mm in length. They are not harmful to the people, but since they eating the plants, the plant can be weak because of this creature. |

| Protocol notes | We followed the standard Wolbachia Project protocol to extract DNA and run PCR. After setting up the reactions, we ran the samples on an agarose gel. It was interesting to see how DNA bands appeared under blue light, showing whether our arthropod was infected or not. |
