Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level High
Explanation of confidence level

Based on the previous local data information the presence of a  dipteran species was less than 20%. Then I extracted DNA , Sequenced the bases and compared the base sequences . I used Gel Electrophoresis, wherein I found that teh Wolbachia 16S Rrna gene was absent.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Insecta was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
