Results |
|
| Wolbachia presence | No |
| Confidence level | Low |
| Explanation of confidence level | In lane 4 of the gel electrophoresis, my sample did not show a DNA band and did not show a band for Wolbachia. This is why my confidence for my results are low. My controls are contradictory so I do not have confidence in my results. The W- Wolbachia did not show a DNA band and the DNA+ sample did not show any DNA band either. |

| Summary | The Melanoplus femurrubrum was found to be negative for Wolbachia. |
