Results |
|
| Wolbachia presence | Yes |
| Confidence level | Medium |
| Explanation of confidence level | Gel had a weak Wolbachia band, but a 100.00% ID match in BLAST. Some of the controls did not have the proper arthropod or Wolbachia band reducing their reliability in determining whether or not my sample was positive for Wolbachia. Additionally, there was an error in loading my specimen DNA into the gel, which could explain the weak arthropod/Wolbachia band. |
