Observations

I took swabs from my friends car, during late summer. The specimen was disassembled when we found it. This was when the weather was around 59 degrees F outside.

The positive controls showed up as expected. I didn’t have any issues with the protocol either. I’m confident my arthropod isn’t infected with wolbachia.
