| Explanation of confidence level | All of the controls worked except the negative arthropod control. For the first and second ones (see reference above “protocol notes”) were used 400 microliters insted of 50 microliter TE buffer for the DNA-Elution. It had no influence on the results, because they were still clearly visible. |
