Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Medium
Explanation of confidence level

The gel for the Roly-Poly showed no bands whatsoever, indicating that the particular lane may not have been properly loaded. Furthermore, it is more likely that there is not Wolbachia present in the organism than Wolbachia being present, so my confidence in my results is medium, although leaning towards low. The CO1 also worked, meaning I can somewhat trust the overall results.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Isopoda was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
