| Explanation of confidence level | I believe all steps of the experiment were performed correctly and with care, however, I was not the only person to handle the sample which implies there could have been some error that I cannot personally account for. The results indicate that my controls were successful and that my sample is positive for the Wolbachia gene. My partner did have an inconclusive result so I think it would be best to consider the possibility of error in all our group’s samples. |
