| Explanation of confidence level | 16s rRNA gene of Wolbachia did not show up in Gel Electrophoresis after PCR; as a band of DNA. This shows us that the insect Isoptera that I collected did not contain Wolbachia DNA; thus, the sample is Wolbachia negative. |
