Results |
|
Wolbachia presence | No |
Confidence level | High |
Explanation of confidence level | We are fairly certain that the insect we had caught, has zero traces of Wolbachia present within it. We know this because we performed a gel electrophoresis test and our results came back with only one band present in the insect gene, and nothing for the Wolbachia gene. |

Summary | The Hemiptera was found to be negative for Wolbachia. |
