Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Low
Explanation of confidence level

Contamination may have been high because the scientist kept making air bubbles when inserting the samples. There was also a mix up of lanes when inserting the arthropod samples. The scientist also did not add water for the arthropod samples and the water was positive for Wolbachia. So, the trust in my results is low.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Insecta was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
