| Wolbachia presence | Unknown |
| Confidence level | High |
| Explanation of confidence level | Due to the fact that no arthropod DNA was received in my data and I had no DNA bands for arthropods, I was unable to see if my insect had Wolbachia or not. If I did get DNA I would look at the bands and see if my insect had Wolabachia but i was unable to do that due to the lack of presence of a band. The reason of no DNA could be due to errors in the lab such as now breaking down the insect enough during cell lysis or diluting the DNA too much during the Nanodrop lab. |
