Results |
|
| Wolbachia presence | Unknown |
| Confidence level | Medium |
| Explanation of confidence level | My confidence level is pretty medium because we don’t have the main step we need to figure out if our arthropods have Wolbachia, and the fact that we got a Wolbachia band during our Arthropod PCR electrophoresis |
| Wolbachia 16S sequence | |
| Arthropod COI sequence |
|
| Summary | |

We are unable to know if our arthropods had Wolbachia because we weren’t able to do the Wolbachia PCR electrophoresis, but during the Arthropod electrophoresis, we got a Wolbachia band in our Positive control
