Observations

This ladybug was found on the base of a tree near a walking path in Lakeridge Park. It was collected at 11:54am, it was caught on a sunny day, with a temperature of 26 degrees celsius. It was caught in the spring season on May 25th, 2026.

DNA extraction: The ladybug was throughly crushed before we began to dissect the abdomen out carefully, while making sure to not include the exoskeleton.
