Results |
|
Wolbachia presence | No |
Confidence level | Low |
Explanation of confidence level |
(left- Arthropod gel, right- Wolbachia gel) We are not confident in our results due to errors such as mixing our sample tubes before loading them into the gel and errors in the DNA extraction process. We have bands in our arthropod gel in our lane for water which shows significant error. Additionally, only one of our Wolbachia lanes had bands (not including the ladder) when it should have had bands for a least two lanes, positive arthropod control and DNA control. |
