Observations

It was on a wall in a shady area, when you looked from far away the spider looked like it only had four legs. It was dark brown in color and moved very quickly as we appraoched it.

We ran a regular PCR protcol twice but both times the data was faint and even our control was off. So our data was unreliable.

Our data didn’t show up, something along the way went wrong. We ran the data twice yet both times it did not come out the way we wanted. The tubes label was rubbed off so we don’t know the order we put things in.
