We followed the project protocol. In our gel image, the top lanes have arthropod primers, and the bottom lanes have wolbachia primers. And my sample is in lane 2.

My confidence level is on the lower side because when analyzing the DNA results. there were streaky bands on the gel, therefore making it difficult to interpret the information.
