Explanation of confidence level

This was part of a protocol test. I extracted the DNA from this stink bug on the same day with the same protocol as two positive control and two negative control Drosophila supplied by your project. I dissected two pieces of abdomen from the stink bug and ran through the extraction protocol with both. Neither of the stink bug DNA extracts gave positive results for Wolbachia while both of the positive control Drosophila did.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Chlorochroa was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
