Explanation of confidence level | I felt confident throughout this entire process because my instructor gave me plenty of opportunities to practice with the different equipment used in this research project such as loading the gel in the wells, pipetting the correct volumes and etc. She also corrected me on any errors before moving forward to the next step. |
