Observations

I don’t have a photo, but i caught the insect in a small forest near my school. I caught it at 8 o’clock in the morning and the temperature was about 3 degrees. It was under a pile of leaves. Only this insect and no others were sighted in this place.

The result is trustworthy, as all work steps were carried out properly and the DNA duplex worked. In YC2 you can see that a band appeared at 438bp. Therefore you can say that YC2 is a Wolbachia carrier. One band appeared at 708bp. This says that YC1 is an arthropod.
