Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level Low
Explanation of confidence level

I was not confident my insect would have Wolbachia due to the lack of information on Dermaptera and Wolbachia. I also have low confidence because my DNA is not present on the Gel electrophoresis image. My sample shows little to no DNA. There may have been a mistake regarding the introduction of my sample DNA into the gel.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Hexapoda was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
