Observations

I noticed that it was big enough to cut its abdomen to get the DNA, so I caught it in hopes of getting Wolbachia.

Took about 3 class periods ,so 5 and a half hours First image- Wolbachia. ORDER OF SEQUENCE: Dna Ladder, Hoveryfly DNA, BOXELDER BUF DNA, positive arthropod control, negative arthropod control, postive DNA control, Water.
