I’m very confident in my experiment because the controls came out as they were supposed to as pertaining to the number of bands they were supposed to have and they contained the specific bands that they were supposed to have. For example, the positive control had both the insect and Wolbachia band, the negative control had just the insect band, and the NTC had no bands at all.
