Rolled into a ball when found: it was walking on a leaf in the ground; scaly; has many legs and 2 antennas.

We pipetted the samples into the gel wells and added buffer. We performed the procedure correctly, but the bands were not visible in the gel. The sample was not sent for sequencing.
