Observations

Ant was black and was smaller than a grain of rice. It was found between cracks in a sidewalk.

My arthropod’s DNA was in lanes 6 and 7. Lane 6 contained AK1A and tested for arthropod DNA, and lane 7 contained AK1W and tested for Wolbachia DNA.
