Results |
|
| Wolbachia presence | No |
| Confidence level | Low |
| Explanation of confidence level | I have low confidence in these results because during the DNA extraction process, the specimen wasn’t preserved at the right time and was put into the alcohol after it had already been dried up. This most likely interfered with the results regarding the Arthropod Data. |
| Wolbachia 16S sequence | |
| Arthropod COI sequence |
|
| Summary | The Polydesmida was found to be negative for Wolbachia. |
