Analysis: my control lanes were all correct and showed up. So I can rely on the data that there was no Wolbachia in the wasp.

Results

Wolbachia presence No
Confidence level High
Explanation of confidence level

All of my controls worked and showed up how they should have. Everything aligned with the protocol therefore I am confident that my sample doesn’t have Wolbachia.

Wolbachia 16S sequence
Arthropod COI sequence
Summary The Hymenoptera was found to be negative for Wolbachia.
