DNA extraction kit of in-house reagents was used.

Explanation of confidence level

I am confident in my results due to my controls displaying the correct amount of DNA bands. My positive control had two band, my negative control had one band, and my no template control has zero bands. I did notice the insect CO1 gene in my PCR results, however the low exposure in the picture makes it not visible.
