Protocol notes | During my lab procedure everything went as planned, there was no contamination and we got the expected results. The only problem that occurred was that we ran out of positive DNA for our 5th well so we didn’t get a positive DNA result. |
Results |
|
Wolbachia presence | No |
Confidence level | High |
Explanation of confidence level | I got the expected results of positive arthropod DNA and positive DNA as well as a negative negative control test. My confidence level is high because there was no contamination during the procedure so all of the results were high confidence. |
